This BFR model has a 5 valve broadcast chassis, and an 8 inch permag speaker. Manufactured in 1937. It is a battery powered unit, not AC, and has 2 volt valves. Three of which are missing. Maybe, one day, it might work? Probably not very likely at this stage.  But I hope to make a power supply suitable for running battery sets, at some stage. Just have to wait and see, I guess!
