This Music box is thought to be of about 1886 vintage. It has an 8 tune cylinder.
The Bells and Drums can be seen here. It is possible to continually repeat play any tune, or keep playing straight through all 8 then start again. There is quite a bit of inlaid Marquetry on the "arched" lid, and the front panel.
