Radiojoy units were made by a private Auckland company, F.W. Mountjoy Ltd. The company was founded in 1933 and made radios until1950. They were well known for being an appliance retailer.
This Dual Wave model was made approx 1947. It performs quite well. The cabinet was pretty rough when we got it.
